When will my order ship from the USPS?

Each order arrives at the USPS five (5) to ten (10) business days after payment clears. You will be notified your order is at the USPS within 48 hours after it has been delivered to the USPS.

What do you consider "a business day?"

We consider "a business day" to be any day other than Saturday, Sunday, and holidays recognized by the US Postal Service.

How is it shipped?

We currently ship all items via USPS.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order does not arrive by the time it should have arrived after receiving an "it's shipped" message, simply file a "Lost Parcel" report with the US Postal Inspector and send me a copy of the complete filed report that includes the case number. Once we have that, we will send you another at no additional cost to you.

Do you ship to addresses not registered with the paying account?

No. We only ship to the address your paying authority, such as PayPal or the credit card company, has on file for you. The address given on the order must match the one one record with your paying authority. If the address on file with the paying authority does not match the address entered, it may indicate fraudulent activity.

What if I provided the wrong mailing address?

We are not responsible for lost parcels due to a wrong address being provided. Make sure the provided address is correct.

Do you ship outside the USA?

At this time we are unable to offer shipping outside the USA. That will likely change in the near future.

Do you offer discounts for purchasing more than one?

We offer a reduced shipping and handling when more than one Hookems is ordered at the same time. No additional shipping fee for up to three Hookems. A $0.28 fee for each additional Hookems ordered beyond three is added to the shipping and packaging fee for one. So an order of four will have $0.28 added to the regular shipping and handling, while an order of five will have $0.56 added.
