How can I pay?

We use PayPal to process payments, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and eCheques. You can also pay using your PayPal balance. Regarding eCheques, please understand that orders will not ship until the payment clears. The estimated ship date starts after the eCheque payment clears, not when the payment is made.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account via PayPal.

Do you accept other forms of payments than those above?

No.

Is there a sales tax?

If the shipment is to Texas address, we must collect a tax. A 8.25% sales tax is charged to items shipped to a Texas address. Shipping charges are taxed at the same rate as required by law.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and and how much. Please understand that items will not ship until the payment clears.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in delivery, simply file a "Damaged Parcel" report with the US Postal Inspector and send us a copy of the complete filed report that includes the case number along with photos of the damaged Hookems. Once we have that, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I return it if....?

Yes. See "Can I get a refund?"

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Refunds are provided minus shipping/packaging charges, payment transaction fees (both ways), and any taxes. Yes, many states require taxes be collected on shipping, and Texas is one of them when shipping to a Texas address. Refunds are usually issued within two weeks of receiving the return. Refunds are only made in the manner the payment was received.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is possible provided the order has not been dispatched to the carrier - the carrier picks up and delivers to the USPS. A fee equal to the shipping/packaging is assessed to cover costs associated with the cancellation of an order if the carrier has not picked up yet. Refunds on cancellations are usually issued within two weeks of the payment clearing - never prior to completely clearing - no exceptions. If the carrier has already picked up, see "Can I return it if....?"

Do you wholesale?

Sorry, we do not offer wholesale or wholesale discounts at this time. If you would like to be contacted when we open a wholesale distribution channel, please provide the details in the Contact link located on the left.

When will more be in stock?

We put items in stock as they become available.

Can I backorder one?

We currently don't accept backorders, but we will notify you when more become available if you provide your contact information on the Contact link on the left. Note, given the rate they are being purchased, this may be the best option since many batches may never reach the enventory.

Do you disclose the information I provide to anyone?

We have not, do not, and will never disclose your information to anyone.* *Understandably the exception to this is when fraudulent activity is detected warranting and requiring any and all information be provided to law enforcement authorities and/or US postal inspectors. We cooperate in every way possible with law enforcement authorities.
